“This place is legit! Checked this gym out because it was in the neighborhood and I needed to get in shape. Price is unbeatable for what you get. You get 2 free personal training sessions when you sign up and the trainers are amazing. Everything is tailored to you personally. There are classes at all hours of the day that are included with the monthly membership. The HIIT classes are killer. The gym is never overcrowded and has plenty of clean – BRAND NEW – equipment to go around. There is a LMT on site for members to book with, a ton of TVs, and they have NFL Sunday Ticket. What? The staff is always friendly and helpful. No egos. Swole up dude-bro? You’ll fit in. Someone who has never stepped foot in a gym? You’ll fit in too. Allied gardens is a chill little community and that vibe is well represented at TruSelf. Pretty much the coolest place I’ve ever worked out and I’ve been to a handful of gyms throughout the years.”
