Our Barre Class is now in our group exercise class schedule! Barre class is on Sunday mornings starting at 8:15a with Natalia.
Barre class mixes elements of Pilates, Ballet, Yoga, and Functional Training with moves choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeting workout you’ll use barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls, small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.
Barre class benefits are a stronger core, better posture, low impact, increased flexibility and rapid results!
