Conscious natural breathing is the cornerstone of good health, yet when our breath becomes shallow or choppy it is often easy to miss. Unconscious breathing can produce the common side effects of anxiety, fatigue, and insomnia, just to name a few. This class will help you to get calm, centered and grounded as you get to know your own unique breath patterns and how to work with them. Audrey will guide you through a series of relaxing breath work exercises that are sure to bring more energy, clarity, and balance to your wellness practice.
