Come join us this Sunday February 19th at 8:15a for a complimentary Barre class with Natalia! This Barre class is open to all of our members, guests and the local Allied Gardens, San Carlos and Del Cerro of San Diego community. Please be ready to workout, sweat and get your Barre class on!
Barre class mixes elements of Pilates, Ballet, Yoga, and Functional Training with moves choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeting workout you’ll use barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls, small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.
Barre class benefits are a stronger core, better posture, low impact, increased flexibility and rapid results!
