Welcome Danielle Delso our newest yoga instructor!
Danielle Delso’s yoga journey began in 2011. After just one week of practice, she felt a deep sense of inner peace and rejuvenation that she had never experienced before. The physical practice of connecting the breath while moving through different asanas cleared her mind and awakened a deep connection to her spiritual being. To her, yoga is the realization of one’s true self via the union of mind, body, and spirit becoming free of obstacles.
During Danielle’s classes, one will experience practicing mindfulness, deep breathing, and meditations as one moves through carefully crafted creative sequences to rejuvenate the body and inspire the mind. She is someone who has suffered from anxiety and therefore loves sharing the the tools of the physical practice of yoga and meditation to not only calm the nervous system, but to inspire the growth of self discovery in whatever way best serves her students.
