Fall Group Exercise Class Schedule 2017 launches Thursday September 7th, 2017. TruSelf Sporting Club San Diego Gym has added more classes like TRX and Fit4Mom. All of TruSelf Sporting Club’s premium Group Exercise classes are absolutely free included with your membership. We like to keep our classes personal and intimate limiting to 15 people per class. The premium group exercise classes we offer are: Yoga, Barre, HIIT, TRX, Spinning, Silver Sneakers, Silver and Fit, Mat Pilates, FIt4Mom, and Functional Training. Our Group Exercise class instructors will modify the class format to make sure you have a phenomenal workout, just let them know any injuries or if your brand new, and they will make modifications just for you!
