I am so happy I joined this gym. The staff is so friendly and I am always greeted by name. It is such a comfortable setting. I have been training with Patrick Van Oosbree since February and I definitely see results and feel great. He is knowledgeable, patient and really creates a great workout. Patrick really challenges me and encourages me when I doubt myself. If your looking for a neighborhood gym that feels like family, I definitely recommend this one.
