A class exclusively for seniors! Silver Sneakers is designed to incorporate exercises specifically for maintaining muscle mass, cardiovascular fitness, balance and coordination. While specifically targeting seniors, this class can be good for those individuals that are looking for an easy path back into exercise. If you’re returning from an injury or just feeling plain out-of-shape, try this all-levels class!
(Recommended age range is 65+)
