TruSelf Sporting Club gym is now a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Academy in San Diego. The coursework that we will provide to our next generation students will be NASM Essentials of Personal Fitness Training Textbook, NASM-CPT Online Classroom, and 80 hours of hands on learning experience from TruSelf Sporting Clubs Fitness Professionals.
