Do TruSelf memberships include personal training?

Yes — every TruSelf membership includes two complimentary welcome personal training sessions and one personal yoga training visit, so you start with a real plan instead of guessing.

How much does personal training cost at TruSelf?

Training is priced by program, not one-size-fits-all — it depends on your goals, how often you train, and which trainer you work with. The best way to get an exact number: use your two free welcome sessions (included with every membership) to meet a trainer, build your plan, and get straightforward pricing with no obligation. No pressure, no upsell scripts — just a plan and a price.

How do I get matched with the right trainer?

Your welcome sessions are the matchmaking — tell us your goals and we'll pair you with the trainer whose specialty fits, from strength and fat loss to mobility and sport-specific training. Stop by the front desk or ask in the TruSelf app.

Do your trainers use InBody scan data?

Yes — your free InBody body composition scan (included with every membership) gives your trainer a baseline of muscle mass, body fat, and BMR, so your program is built on data and your progress is measurable month to month.

I'm brand new to the gym — is personal training for me?

Especially for you. Beginners get the fastest results from coaching — proper form from day one, a plan that fits your life, and someone in your corner. Our trainers work with every level, from first-timers to competitive athletes.
