Group Exercise Classes at TruSelf
TruSelf hosts Premium Group Exercise Classes that are designed to be fun and challenging. With so many choices, there is something for everyone on our schedule. We have options for cardio, muscle building, core, recovery, and more. Our Group Exercise team is sure to give you inspiring and motivating workouts that are fun and challenging.
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training is a type of exercise that utilizes the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), also known as the “after burn” effect. This type of training is proven to deliver amazing calorie burn and metabolic benefits to participants. Some experience is recommended but not necessary. Our instructors will teach you everything you need to know.
Yoga
This class is accessible to all students. Your instructor will give modifications to create postures that are accessible to all levels of yoga. Yoga is not only about flexibility! Build strength, learn better breathing techniques; this is an all-levels class.
Barre
Our Barre Fitness Classes use the same techniques that are used to train dancers of all kinds, Barre is a great workout to develop long, lean musculature AND/OR develop better and stronger core muscles. The unique tool in this class is a ballet barre, however instructors may incorporate light weights, resistance bands, pilates balls, and more. All levels welcome.

Peloton Bikes
TruSelf Sporting Club’s Peloton Bikes Get full access and start riding with Peloton’s live and on-demand classes just by using your TruSelf membership. Join a class, hop on one of our Peloton bikes, and ride at any day or time that works for you.
Mat Pilates
Nothing says “core strengthening” quite like Pilates! Using yoga mats, light weights, resistance bands, or a combination of all, you will perform exercises that incorporate your full range of core muscles. Learn to move from your center, proper breathing techniques, and more: this workout will challenge any participant. All levels welcome.
