How does a TruBuddy Pass work?
A TruBuddy Pass allows you to bring a friend with you up to 8 times per month to TruSelf Sporting Club; whether it’s the same person, or someone new each time. With this pass, you as the member must accompany your guest to workout. They will be required to check in at the front desk, present proper photo identification, and sign a Guest Waiver for entry. With TruBuddy Pass, we are excited to welcome your friends and have them enjoy a great workout at TruSelf!
How many TruBuddy Passes Do I get?
Each new TruSelf Sporting Club Inclusive Member receives 8 TruBuddy Passes per month that renew with each new billing cycle. For example, if you bring a guest with TruBuddy Pass 8 times in your billing cycle, on your next billing date you will receive 8 more TruBuddy Passes – that’s 8 more times you may bring guests. This continues on for each month that you are a member with us!

I have a TruBuddy Pass. How do I use it?
Please remember to let us know that you and your guest are coming to the gym in your TruSelf Sporting Club App. Simply select your preferred day and workout time in an open TruBuddy Pass time slot, check them in when you arrive for your workouts, and enjoy!
Can a Minor bring buddies on a Buddy Pass?
At this time, minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to workout with a TruBuddy Pass.
