If you become a full-time member, we’ll credit back your One Day Membership fee and apply it to your first Monthly dues.

Gym Day Pass FAQs
What's included with the $20 day pass?
The full gym floor — weights, machines, cardio, outdoor turf — plus any group classes running that day and towel service. Recovery amenities (cold plunge, infrared sauna, Hyperice room) aren’t part of the day pass, but a $49 recovery session includes them along with all-day gym access.
I'm visiting San Diego — can I just drop in?
Yes — that’s exactly what the one-day membership is for. We’re at 5125 Waring Road in Allied Gardens, minutes from Mission Valley, SDSU, La Mesa, and Del Cerro. Buy online or at the front desk and train the same day.
Can I add the sauna or cold plunge to my visit?
Yes — book a $49 infrared sauna or cold plunge session instead, and all-day gym access comes included with it. It’s the best way to experience the full TruSelf recovery suite in a single visit.
Does my day pass count toward a membership if I join?
Yes — if you decide to join, your $20 day pass applies toward your membership. Just tell the front desk when you sign up.
Where can I get a gym day pass near Mission Valley or SDSU?
