SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING CAMP

Introducing TruSelf Sporting Club’s Sports Specific Training Camp for Kids! At TruSelf Sporting Club San Diego fitness center, we custom – made this program for our local middle school and high school athletes ages from 9 to 17. We achieve sports performance excellence by partnering with our local youth sports programs!

The Workout:

Each structured workout will consist of 90 minutes of a blend of cardio conditioning, strength endurance exercises and cool down stretching. Workouts are designed with specific repetition ranges, exercise sets, and volume combined with timed rest periods. Each camp is designed to improve endurance, strength and athletic performance.

Whats Included?

  • Working with a national recognized personal trainer and learning different sports specific exercises designed for your sport.
  • Learning proper warm – up and stretching techniques for each specific sport and player.
  • How to Foam roll (self myofascial release) SMR stretching the correct way.
  • How to perform static, active and dynamic stretching specific to each sport.
