Three styles

Find the Class That Fits Your Week

Slow Flow

Deliberate pace, longer holds, more time in each posture. The easiest place to start if you’re new, and the one to pick when your body needs a gentler day.

Length & Strength

Built for people who lift and train. Opens tight hips and shoulders while building the stability that carries back into the gym floor.

Vinyasa

Breath-linked flow with more movement and a steadier pace. A real workout that still leaves you calmer than when you walked in.

Sound bowls are part of the practice here. We run sound bowl yoga at least once a month, with live singing bowls played through the class. Days and times vary, so watch the TruSelf app and our schedule for the next one.

Every class is all levels. Your instructor gives modifications so each posture is accessible whether it’s your first class or your thousandth. Yoga isn’t only about flexibility — you’ll build strength and learn better breathing along the way.

Good to know

Is Yoga at TruSelf Right for You?

New to yoga? Start with Slow Flow. Every class is all levels, and instructors modify postures so nothing is out of reach on day one.

Already lift or run? Length and Strength is built for you. Tight hips, stiff shoulders, and a stubborn lower back respond well to a weekly practice, and the stability carries straight back into your training.

Want one-on-one attention? We also offer private yoga instruction in a dedicated studio, tailored for beginners, athletes, pregnancy, and injury recovery.

After class

Recovery a Studio Can’t Offer

Yoga already does a lot for how you feel. Pair it with cold plunge, infrared sauna, contrast therapy, red light therapy, and the Hyperice Recovery Room and you have a full recovery practice, not just a class.

It’s all in the same building, on the same membership, in Allied Gardens near Del Cerro, San Carlos, La Mesa, and Grantville.
