Local gym TruSelf Sporting Club is excited to offer a new tier of membership to our current members and members-to-be!   Introducing the TruSelf Premium Membership Option.

The TruSelf Premium Membership is an upgrade in your gym experience and offers you more from your monthly dues.  For only a small increase to your dues (no more than $10 maximum), you will have access to our infrared sauna and towel service, and our TruSelf OnDemand class database from home.  Ask one of our Member Service team members at the front desk what the details of upgrading your account would be.  Contact us by phone, email, or in-person.

Use of an infrared sauna is ranked one of the top trends in health in both 2020 and 2021, partially due to its many benefits.  Decreasing blood pressure, cell health and anti-aging, cardiovascular benefits, and detoxification are just a few of the reasons to consider adding an infrared sauna into your health and fitness schedule.  Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to schedule a time slot.

In an effort to keep the gym even more clean than before, towel service will now be offered as part of premium memberships.  Use clean towels each time you come to the gym.  Need to shower here at the gym or use one in the sauna; no problem.  Let us take care of providing you towels so that you don’t have to worry about forgetting one ever again.

Of course, if you are happy with your current membership experience you are welcome to keep everything just as it is.  Standard memberships will still include access to the gym, access to our virtual class database of over 1000 classes in our group exercise room, and access to live classes when those resume.
