Virtual Senior Fitness Class with Darcie

TruSelf Sporting Club group exercise instructor Darcie Liberman guides a Virtual Senior Fitness Class with senior students through various exercise styles that can be done at home! Start with 15 minutes of a fun cardio sequence, then grab your weights for some resistance exercise. Coordination exercises and stretching finish off the workout. Don’t underestimate this class – it’s a great workout and a ton of fun!
