TruSelf Sporting Clubs Yoga instructor Amanda Limon has a passion on sharing the love of yoga with those around her. Yoga is a mindset before moment. By focusing on breathing you can obtain clarity throughout your mind, then the poses follow. During each class she provides alignment and exploration of your body and purpose of the pose. Let go of judgements and welcome movement into your body. Amanda builds classes for all levels, encourage new movement to beginners and further exploration of the body to regular practitioners.

Amanda stumbled upon her journey of yoga 5 years ago strictly for the physical practice. Little did she know, she would fall in love with the way it made her feel mentally. She realized there was more to Yoga than the pose. She teaches her classes with the underlining that every student is unique and will find their own journey of growth. Amanda Limon followed her passion and took her teacher training to enhance her own practice. She obtained my 200HR-RYT in La Jolla Ca. After achieving her certificate she took a chance and jumped right into teaching. Amanda found her art of creating dynamic movements in a Vinyasa sequence. She enjoys sharing the love of yoga with everyone around her.
