Bio:
Personal Trainer Miranda Cummings has always had a passion for health and wellness. This led her to a career as a nurse, while attending the University of Michigan pre-med. As a project outreach component of one of her senior classes, Miranda became a coach for Girls on the Run. This was her first introduction both to running, and coaching, and she fell in love with both! She continued coaching even after graduation, and while still working as a nurse, she began teaching fitness classes. This is where she discovered her true calling, realizing this provided the fulfillment she was hoping for in a career. She eventually transitioned from nursing into teaching and training full-time. Her hobbies include running, hiking, and triathlon. She moved to San Diego in October of 2019 to take advantage of the endless opportunities to be active outdoors and enjoys exploring the new city!
