How long does an InBody test take?

The scan itself takes about 15 seconds. Plan around 15–20 minutes total to review your results sheet with one of our trainers.

How should I prepare for my InBody scan?

Hydrate well the day before, skip caffeine that day, avoid eating 3–4 hours before, avoid exercise 6–12 hours before, and skip the sauna or shower right before testing. Don't test if you have a pacemaker or implanted electronic medical device, or are pregnant.
